J.B.Boda established itself in Bangladesh in 1973, and with the development of the insurance market in the mid-1980s, the business expanded dramatically as a result of a critical decision made by the Government of Bangladesh to allow private sectors to operate alongside state-owned insurance corporations. In 2015, the Bangladesh Investment Development Authority (BIDA) approved the registration of J.B.Boda & Co. Pvt. Ltd. to function as a liaison office.

It represents the group offices investigating new business prospects and catering to our continuous partnerships offering services among Non-Life & Life insurance firms, working in collaboration with HO and other worldwide offices based on the client’s needs.

While serving the conventional class of company, J.B.Boda-Bangladesh also promotes and assists in specialty, tailor-made goods, as well as focusing on new segments of economic advances in the nation. The current aggregate numbers of penetration are around 4% of GDP.

In addition to our regular business operations, we hold knowledge exchange conferences on our own or in collaboration with partners.
