Joined the J.B.Boda Group on 1st April 1982
With 40 years of experience in the Reinsurance Broking industry, he manages the helm of the Group with his expertise and wisdom. During his tenure with the Group, Mr. Atul D. Boda opened new offices in Nepal, Bangladesh, Kenya, Dubai, Egypt, Morocco, and Indonesia.
Group Vice Chairman
Joined the J.B.Boda Group on 1st December, 1994
Having 27+ years of industry experience, his responsibilities involve driving sustainable business growth, devising group strategy, and guidance to execute, explore, and evaluate new areas of opportunities. He is also responsible for introducing the Risk Management Society to India.
Group Managing Director
Joined the J.B.Boda Group on 11th July 2011
A Brokerpreneur by nature, his futuristic vision comes from 10 years of industry experience, in addition to having access to inherited wisdom regarding the reinsurance broking business. During his tenure, he expanded the Health and Medical team, built PROTECT, and collaborated with the Institute of Risk Management, amongst his other notable contributions.

Every licensed insurance broker shall display, in all their correspondences with all stakeholders, their name registered with the Authority, address of the Registered and Corporate Office, IRDA license number, the category for which the insurance broker is licensed, the validity period of the license. Insurance brokers are not permitted to use any other name in their correspondence/literature/letterheads without the prior approval of the Authority.
