Rohit Boda
Mr. Rohit A. Boda joined the group in 2011 and is the current Managing Director. He is also a Brokerpreneur, striving to be a service-centric broker, as he believes that unlimited opportunities can be mined out of risks with timely investment and a calculated vision. His futuristic vision comes from 10 years of industry experience, in addition to having access to inherited wisdom regarding the reinsurance broking business.
During his tenure with the Group, Mr. Rohit A. Boda contributed to the Group by introducing Agriculture Re/Insurance, expanded the Health and Medical team, built PROTECT, an in-house (re)insurance software, collaborated with the Institute of Risk Management, and lead a think-tank established at the Group’s Mumbai headquarters. Apart from these, he also founded SquatUp in 2017 and co-founded Alphaedge Consultants in the early months of 2021.

Mr. Rohit A. Boda’s work also involves team building. As he is part of the Management, he works closely with the HR department to ensure investment in the right manpower, makes every possible attempt to motivate teams’ growth, and retains them.
His vision for the Group’s future is to carry forward the Grace of Legacy with transparency, a futuristic vision, and the zeal to create a global mark of the J.B.Boda Group in the reinsurance broking industry.
Outside of his professional work, Mr. Rohit A. Boda enjoys fitness and has a keen interest in fashion and reading.

Every licensed insurance broker shall display, in all their correspondences with all stakeholders, their name registered with the Authority, address of the Registered and Corporate Office, IRDA license number, the category for which the insurance broker is licensed, the validity period of the license. Insurance brokers are not permitted to use any other name in their correspondence/literature/letterheads without the prior approval of the Authority.
