The J.B.Boda Group is known for its history and rich legacy as we have employees serving the organisation for more than 50 years as well as 70% of employees who have put in more than 30 years of service, which has given birth to the famous phrase “One Life – One Job”.

To further the support, the Human Resource team actively conducts Employee Engagement activities to keep the environment light and competitive. The HR department communicates with the employees on a regular basis right from the induction stage to ensure that employees are well aware of the company policies and have a focused approach on their job role and expectations. Apart from the usual communications on Mediclaim benefits, the HR department organises Diwali, Christmas, Independence Day, and other festive celebrations for employees to come together and enjoy a sense of togetherness across grades. 

The Management and the Human Resources Department continue to work 24/7 to give the best service and support to all employees and promote a “Sense of Pride” and a strong “Bonding with the Brand” which has an everlasting impact on the organisation’s productivity and culture.
